Former TMP Worldwide operations manager available for high-end Clients & Profits training, consulting, implementation

June 28, 2002 -- OCEANSIDE, CA -- Don Shapiro, recently the Director of Operations for the largest Clients & Profits user, TMP Worldwide (owner of Monster.com), has decided to become a freelance Clients & Profits trainer and consultant.

Don has been part of the Clients & Profits client community for nearly three years. He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the software, particularly in production and accounting. Don was instrumental in selecting Clients & Profits for TMP Worldwide. He became actively involved in all aspects of the business activities, thoroughly analyzing the company’s operations in determining that Clients & Profits was the most effective solution for their needs and growth.

Don directed and was actively involved in the planning, installation, testing, training, and go-live with the software. He also personally designed and implemented a financial interface between Clients & Profits SQL and Oracle Financials.

He has a wealth of experience in setting up Clients & Profits based on his implementing five SQL databases for TMP Worldwide. He has specialized in developing custom management analysis and reporting tools, as well as addressing process analysis and re-design to maximize business operations and profitability.

Don’s experience as Controller for MedRehab, a national corporation, gives him extensive knowledge and expertise in accounting and finance to compliment his business operations skills. He holds an MS degree from the University of Wisconsin, and his certifications as a Microsoft Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Professional + Internet (MCP+Internet), and Novell Administrator (CNA) provide him with strong skills in networking, database management, and systems planning.

Starting this month, Don will be available for on-site installation, new-user training, system manager training, and implementation consulting for both short-term and long-term projects.
