CLIENTS & PROFITS UPGRADES ADD-ON WEB SERVER FOR AEs, CREATIVES
New My Clients & Profits! 2.0 includes interactive lookup-lists, more timesaving shortcuts
May 20, 2002 -- OCEANSIDE, CA -- Clients & Profits, Inc. announced today My Clients & Profits! 2.0, a major upgrade to its popular add-on web server for Clients & Profits agency management software for Macintosh and Windows.
The My Clients & Profits! 2.0 web server features interactive lookup-lists, printer-friendly estimates, support for browser cookies, and more. The ugprade makes it even easier for road warriors to access client information, job lists, purchase orders, time cards, and expense reports from any computer with internet access.
“The release of My Clients & Profits! 2.0 shows our continued commitment to adapting Clients & Profits to the way creative shops really work,” says Mark Robillard, the company's founder and developer.
The new features help account executives better manage jobs through the ability to add, edit, and approve purchase orders; open new jobs using a job template; print client-ready estimates; and expanded job ticket search options. Other out-of-office staffers can add time cards more easily with interactive lookup lists, a “show my tasks” button to list the day’s assignments, a time card stopwatch, a corporate in/out board, and availability memos.
“My Clients & Profits! 2 better reflects how AEs work these days,” Robillard says. “They are out of the office all the time working at client sites, in hotel rooms, at the printer's shop floor, airports and more but they still need a reliable and fast way to connect to their company’s database back home. The My Clients & Profits! web server is available separately as an add-on to any Clients & Profits system. Released in October 1999, it is used every day by thousands of creatives, AEs, and other agency staffers.
