Q. What is the difference between net and gross?
A. The net is your cost amount and the gross is the amount that you will bill to your client.
Q. Why do I have a negative unbilled amount in the unbilled column of my job ticket?
A. A negative unbilled amount indicates that you have billed a client for more than you have in gross costs for a task. For example, billing a client for $200.00 but only having $100.00 in gross costs results in a -$100.00 in the unbilled column.

A. You can delete them from Users, Access & Passwords as they will no longer be using C&P. As long as they have time entries, you can only make them inactive in the staff file.
