Creating a PDF from a Clients & Profits report using Acrobat Distiller

1) Print your report, PO, or estimate using the print button, or FILE > PRINT, then select "Print to Printer" from the pull-down dialog menu. 2) Press the "Print" button. 3) When the Print Setup dialog box appears, choose Acrobat Distiller as your printer. Click OK. Acrobat Distiller will now print the PostScript file. When it is complete, Acrobat will launch and display the report. 4) After Acrobat has displayed the report, name and save the report as a PDF to your hard drive.
