& PROFITS SIGNS 10-YEAR LEASE ON CURRENT OFFICE SPACE
Veteran software developer begins remodeling project ahead of impending
growth
June 18, 2002 -- OCEANSIDE, CA -- Clients & Profits is here to stay:
The company announced today that it signed a long-term lease to remain
at its current location at The Triangle Building for five more years
with an option to renew for an additional five years in 2007.
A tenant since the building opened in 1992, the
company now occupies over 8,000 square feet encompassing the entire
second floor for its staff of 25. The space features private offices
for over 14 of the staff members (exceptionally rare these days), a
12-person classroom with webcast capabilities, two R&D labs with
servers and test equipment, and lots of open space.
"This is a wonderful opportunity for us to focus on developing
new products rather than moving," says Mark Robillard, developer
of Clients & Profits and the company's founder. "We've grown
into the building over the last ten years, and we've really made this
space ours. This lease gives us the security of knowing we'll be home
here for a long time."

says Joseph Vozza, Sr., who has owned the property since 1995. "They've
been a dependable tenant for a long time, and they're a high-quality
partner in this building."
With its lease renewal signed, the company has been a remodeling project
to prepare for the sales and staffing growth its expects to experience
over the next several years. Plans include new carpet, new paint, a
new optical cable backbone, a computer museum with displays that document
the history of Clients & Profits, and new artwork.
"I think the forthcoming upgrades are going to be hugely popular
with our advertising and design clients," says Robillard. These
products will build on the success of the recent launches the client/server
Clients & Profits SQL and the My
Clients & Profits! web server.
