Clients & Profits has always been first and foremost a Mac application. As a tool for creatives, nothing beats the simplicity, elegance, and usability of Clients & Profits on Mac OS X. In the early 1990s, we've brought this design aesthetic to Windows with Clients & Profits Pro, then in the early 2000s to the web with My Clients & Profits! and Clients & Profits ASAP.

Clients & Profits Pro was the first agency management system to allow Mac users and Windows users to share a common database of clients, jobs, costs, and billings simultaneous over their office network.


My Clients & Profits!, 2000
This add-on web server to Clients & Profits offered anytime, anywhere access to clients, jobs, time, traffic, job costs, and more. My Clients & Profits! allows out-of-office staff members to track their own time, add purchase orders, and update job statuses from any web browser in real-time.


Web Time Card, 2004
In many shops, some staff members only need Clients & Profits to track their time. Sometimes the cost and training needed to get all these staffers just for time cards discouraged these shops from fully implementing Clients & Profits. This solution: Clients & Profits X 10.0 featured a web-based time card that allowed an unlimited number of staff members to track their time online at no additional charge.

Clients & Profits ASAP, 2004
What began as a proof-of-concept of a 100% web-based job ticket became an ultra-affordable studio manager. At only $29.95/mo., Clients & Profits ASAP offered job tracking, costing, and billing features not found in timekeeping-only sites that cost more. Best of all, the work entered into C&P ASAP could be upgraded to Clients & Profits Classic X as the shop grew with out losing any jobs, costs, or billings.


iPhone Time Card, 2008
The web-based time card in the new Clients & Profits X 10.2 upgrade is now designed especially for the iPhone. The iPhone-optimized time card features scrolling job lists and tasks list, making tracking time quick and easy.
